This compact tapestry was woven on a Cricket Schacht loom while traveling with my local fiber guild in Mineral, California, near Mt. Lassen. I worked with a selection of colorful yarn scraps—ends of bobbins donated by another weaver—and developed a four‑color palette to explore a range of subtle variations.
Clasped‑weft construction: opposing colors interlock in the center to create a textured, layered effect.
