I created this bookmark with the idea of a winter theme. I started and ended this weaving with thicker and fluffier yarn. I thought of this similar to mittens or stockings. I then played around with blue and tan as the color story.

I have created a collection of book marks on my AVL Loom. These were the first projects that I created on this loom. I was exploring how the loom worked.

My AVL loom is connected to a computer. I place my pattern into a program and it will lift the shafts and know where I am with the pattern. I loOOOOOOOOVVVEEE this loom! I now am making Hand Woven towels. These fly out as soon as they are made.

This bookmark is 3” wide by 12” tall by .25”

This is a mixture of yarns.
